WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND ALL WATER SLIDES TO BE PLACED ON GRASS SURFACES ONLY FOR RIDERS SAFETY. 

We do not allow customer pickups on Dunk tanks or Water Slides.

All of our inflatable and interactive games are rented per day. All jumpers require at least 2 feet safety clearance on each side.

Dunk Tanks and Water Slides require a water source for proper operation.

Dunk Tank holds 300 gallons. Rental includes 3 softballs. Max weight limit is 200 lbs. Adult supervision is mandatory.

Assistance is needed for person getting in or out of the dunk tank or for person to sit back on the seat after being dunked. It may take up to 60 minutes to fill up depending on water pressure.

Method of payment: We accept cash only for delivered orders. Credit cards are accepted only in person at our store location. We also accept paypal payments 2 days before your delivery. We do not accept American Express or checks!

Full payment is due upon delivery before set up.

If you do not have your payment ready, we will not drop off your order and will charge and extra $20 to return at a later time. Your order may be pushed back to our last drop off of the day.

Delivery:

We deliver with any minimum order of at least $70 for a small delivery fee of $10 to any city in our local delivery area. 

Deliveries will be on a two hour time frame, 8-10am 10-12pm or 12-2pm. Pickups will be on a one hour time frame 6-7pm, 7-8pm, 8-9pm or 9-10pm (saturdays only). The latest pickup when renting a water slide or dunk tank alone is 8-9pm. 

We also offer overnight rentals at an extra charge of $25.

Rental Agreement:

Renter must be al least 18 years or older with a valid Drivers License or ID Card to sign the Rental Agreement. Before you sign the Rental Agreement check  and count all your equipment. Remember you are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged rental equipment.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours. If you cancel your order less than 48 hours from the time of delivery there will be a $30 cancellation fee. All deposits are non refundable.

Water Slide Rules:

• Water Slides can NOT be placed on dirt, rocks, gravel or sand (grass or cement only)
