We do not allow customer pickups on Dunk tanks or Water Slides.

All of our inflatable and interactive games are rented per day. All jumpers require at least 2 feet safety clearance on each side.

All water slides and dunk tank rentals will be picked up between 6-7pm, unless otherwise specifed.

Dunk Tanks and Water Slides require a water source for proper operation.

Dunk Tank holds 300 gallons. Rental includes 3 softballs. Max weight limit is 200 lbs. Adult supervision is mandatory.

Assistance is needed for person getting in or out of the dunk tank or for person to sit back on the seat after being dunked. It may take up to 60 minutes to fill up depending on water pressure.

Method of payment: We accept cash on delivery or paypal payments 48 hours before any event. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are also accepted. There will be a $5 charge for all credit cards over the phone. No checks!

Please let us know which payment method you will be using when making your reservation.

Full payment is due upon delivery before set up.

If you do not have your payment ready, we will not drop off your order and will charge and extra $20 to return at a later time. Your order may be pushed back to our last drop off of the day.

Rental Agreement:

Renter must be al least 18 years or older with a valid Drivers License or ID Card to sign the Rental Agreement. Before you sign the Rental Agreement check  and count all your equipment. Remember you are responsbile for any lost, stolen or damaged rental equipment.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours. If you cancel your order less than 48 hours from the time of delivery there will be a $30 cancellation fee. All deposits are non refundable.

Overnight:

We offer overnight rentals at a fee of $25.

Attendants:

We offer attendants to supervise all of our games and bouncers at a flat rate of $25 per hour, minimum of 4 hours.

Water Slide Rules:

• Adult supervision required
• Near by water source required
• Water Slides can NOT be placed on dirt, rocks, gravel or sand (grass or cement only)

• Children under 48" are not allowed to use the tank
